Local Planning Information for Leuchars and St Michaels
As a Community Council we have limited powers in local Planning matters. We are consulted on a range of local planning issues. However we are required to reflect the views of the community as a whole. Therefore we intend to use this page to gather opinions on certain Planning matters which will have an impact on the whole community. As a matter of policy the Community takes a neutral view on planning applications on individual premises that have no impact on the community as a whole. For example if a resident applies for planning permission to erect a fence, and you wish to object we view that as an issue between neighbours.

The button below will take you to the Planning Portal for Fife Council. After you click on it, click on All Applications Registered, then you will see a new screen with filters on the left hand side. Select Community Council and the select Leuchars. This will show you all Planning Applications in our area an their current status. If you wish to find out further information click on the Reference Number this will take you to the application.
